Roger Wattam joins his wife's team after more than 30 years in higher
education! He brings with him a lot of knowledge that our investors find useful
as we own several rental units that he manages (sorry, we don't handle property
management for anyone but our own units!). Our out of town sellers found him
invaluable after hurricane Gustav hit Baton Rouge Labor Day 2008. Roger was
able to meet with insurance companies and various venders to make sure that our
clients were properly taken care of without price gouging!
Roger has also completed the Certified
Distress Property course to help our sellers who are struggling with
a short sale situation. He has all the forms necessary to start the
process, should the need arise. |
